Or maybe proposed routines never made sense to you from the start. This program is for those who want to build habits that feel natural and supportive, not restrictive. Whether you're trying to create new routines for your professional, emotional, or physical well being, or let go of ones that don’t work, this is your space to do it with intention and care.

What to Expect

We'll start by meeting once or twice a week, depending on your needs and capacity. The idea is to build strong momentum early on, giving your new habits a solid foundation. Around the halfway mark, we’ll check in and see what rhythm makes sense. This can look like moving to meeting every other week or gradually spacing out sessions, but what works best for you may depend on how things are unfolding and if goals have shifted or changed along the way.

The long-term goal is for you to build habits that feel natural, adaptable, and need less external support over time. We’ll experiment, reflect, recalibrate, and build your capacity for consistency. This isn’t about having a one-size-fits-all routine, or pushing yourself beyond what’s sustainable, it’s about discovering what structure truly helps you as you are, and then practicing that with support.

By the end, you’ll have a toolkit of strategies that help you stay grounded, focused, and flexible. You’ll have practiced showing up for yourself through trial and error, with support every step of the way. What you build will be meaningful because it’s yours, and not based on someone else’s idea of success, but rooted in your values and needs.

How to Prepare

Come to this program with a general idea of what you’d like to shift. A notebook or digital space can help you notice patterns and reflect between sessions. Attendance and participation are important, but that doesn't mean perfection. Email and text support is available between sessions, so you’ll never have to navigate alone.

This package includes 12 sessions for $600 — a savings of $120 compared to booking individually.

Book your first session to kick things off! After that, you’ll be redirected to a "Thank You" page with your next steps, including signing your coaching agreement and filling out an intake form.

You’ll get a meeting invitation email that details out everything you need to know, including how to book the rest of your sessions. You'll also get reminder emails sent to you automatically before each session (one that is 24 hours before, and one that is 1 hour before) to keep things on track.
