Over 6 sessions, we’ll work together to clarify what’s working, troubleshoot what’s not, and experiment with small, sustainable changes. We’ll use each session to reflect, adjust, and fine-tune, so you can move forward with less friction and more flow.

How to Prepare

To get the most of our time, come with an area of focus you'd like to work on. A notebook can be helpful to jot down insights or action steps during and between sessions. Show up ready to fully participate, since dedication and attendance are essential for getting results. Email and text message support are available between sessions for quick check-ins, accountability, or just to be reminded you’re not doing this alone.

After that, you'll get an email with clear steps on how to schedule the rest. I recommend weekly or biweekly sessions to maintain a strong initial momentum, but you’re welcome to pace them how you like. Each session will have its own invite email and meeting link to keep everything organized.

Once you book, you’ll be redirected to a "Thank you" page with your next steps: signing a coaching agreement and filling out an intake form. You’ll also get a confirmation email with everything you need, plus reminder emails 24 hours and 1 hour before each session.
