Trying hard but still stuck?
Coaching for ADHD and Autistic Adults Stuck Between Insight and Action
Sustain excellence without burning yourself out.
Why Insight Hasn't Been Enough
Seeing what's happening is one thing.
Knowing what to do with that is another.
Common Challenges
- You understand your behavior in theory, but your mind loops or your body freezes up
- You give so much to others, but communication breakdowns leave you overwhelmed
- Systems work briefly, then collapse when energy shifts or life changes
Meet Vivian
Hi, I’m Vivian and I’m AuDHD (Autistic + ADHD).
I know what it's like to replay every conversation, dissect every interaction, and still freeze up when it matters. I spent years analyzing my own patterns without knowing how to change them.
Now I show ADHD and autistic adults how to close that gap between knowing something's wrong and doing something different at work, in relationships, and with how you feel about yourself.
We work with what is happening in your body, energy, and capacity, using somatic awareness and evidence-based strategies. Not more analysis, not more willpower. Just tools that actually work.

Support For Turning Insight Into Action
What this looks like in practice:
You'll catch your patterns while they're happening, not just understand them afterward. Notice when you're about to say yes out of obligation before the words leave your mouth, not three days later when you're already overwhelmed.
Your strategies become automatic, not constant mental effort. Know what to do when routines slip instead of abandoning them entirely and starting over from scratch.
You trust yourself to adjust when things aren't working. Recognize it early and change course. Not just push through until you crash and have to rebuild everything.
You remember that your needs matter too. Recognize when you’re giving everything to others and nothing’s left for yourself. Not after you’ve already burned out and can’t show up for anyone.
The result: You make different choices in real time, not just understand why you struggled later.
